What’s the difference between toffee and caramel?
Not much, really. They have the same ingredents: sugar, milk, butter and other vegatable fats. Toffee has a higher butter and cream content than caramels.
The major difference is that toffee is processed at a high tempter, which makes it harder and gives it its distinctive flavor.

Whateves, sugar is sweet, sweet sugar.
